I upgraded my phone because my old one the screen got a small crack and you could only see the top 1/3 of the screen. She was able to figure out where the keyboard was situated and type out what needed to be typed.

This is a shout-out to Tayler, who is the, I believe, regional/BC/ western Canada? manager of the Telus mobility stores. She's an exceptional human who goes so way above and beyond that her own family must suffer the loss of her. We didn't realize we'd come into the Oliver store near the end of their working hours. Taylor was working on her own with a new trainee, covering the holiday time of a senior employee. There were three clients ahead of us and the two of them processed everyone kindly and well - we were the last clients of the day. By that time, it was after hours. Tayler, who was very kind, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable helped us buy our new phone, set up a plan, get accessories (after informing us of all our options and helping us choose the best for our needs) and gave us every attention we needed without rushing us through the process. (And we also happened to inadvertently discover that she was also dealing with an extreme personal matter at that time.) Wow. Incredible. I hope the folks at Tom Harris Telus honour what an remarkable and rare person they have in their team!!!

Went in the get help with a Telus Health product an hour before close and Tiffany stayed with us till a little after close to help us get it working. Went the extra mile, we also have our phones from this location as well
