We took my daughter’s saxophone to be repaired by Howard, their instrument technician. He fixed it quickly and is very knowledgeable.
Have since been to have my daughter’s instrument fixed 3 times and Howard is always able to fix it quickly.
As a satisfied returning customer it's about time I shared my stellar experience shopping at the Langley Tom Lee store. Service is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. I quickly got what I needed (and more) thanks to the repair staff's thoughtfulness and well rounded knowledge. Prices are also great. Having shopped around I know I bought my current second-hand clarinet and accessories at very reasonable prices. This includes repairs for my old clarinet, which I've brought in several times now and every time has been a job well done.
