I always get great service from Tom Lee. Because of this I always go back. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful and have an interest in music. Manager Ed in the Granville Street store was a great help to me last time I was in the store. All the staff are great.

I went to Tom Lee Music downtown store twice recently to check out guitars. Unfortunately, there is no stock at store. Although we didn't buy from Tom Lee, the manager there still provided excellent service. Ed Laslo went over options, explained the difference and checked stock. He is friendly and very helpful. Thanks Ed!!
