Tom was a very patient and understanding of our needs. Once he realized what our parameters were he was able to steer us in the right direction for our home. His follow up phone calls after closing were greatly appreciated.

Tom not only helped my wife and I buy our house in University Place, but 2 1/2 years later helped us sell the same house. Tom is a reliable and all around an amazing person. Tom makes sure he meets all requirements you have when wanting to purchase a house. I would recommend Tom to anyone who is wanting to buy or sell a house.

This review has been BEYOND over due! But this is our truth nevertheless. We wanted to sell our home and get another with privacy and acreage but the timing was off a year or so ago, yet Tom was extremely helpful and understanding. We all agreed to try again at another time and that is what we did. As we make plans in life, know that sometimes life plans for us. A lot of life changing events are still happening to us, yet Tom went out of his way to assist in every possible way. He is a man of integrity, character and holds same principals. No, I was not paid nor asked to write that. He put us in our dream home with double amount of space that we wanted. This came after 30 showings if not more and miles of driving. I changed my mind probably a hundred times if I am being honest. It paid off though! :) It literally had everything on my long list, a list that changed with every showing. We wholeheartedly appreciate and have love for Mr. Lowe. We will continue to keep him in mind if we ever buy a 2nd home and refer him to anyone that is looking for an awesome Realtor. So, if you've made it this far...thank you kindly. Just know that if you are in the market looking for a realtor that's upright, honest, respectful and morally correct manner...TOM LOWE is that man!!! :)
