We went to find a semi-formal outfit for an important date for my husband. We brought our 2 years old and our 9 years old with us.

First, Kim helped us get the right sizes and provided several options for him. She also was very thoughtful and supportive, so our girls were comfortable while waiting.

Once she left for her break, Arash took over, and the great assistance continued. Arash brought even more options and helped us with his artistic eye and knowledge. We ended up feeling so welcomed and supported. Arash was so kind to provide a discount for us and we decided to bring 2 sets of pants (incredibly comfortable and stylish), 2 shirts and 2 pairs of socks.

We have recommended this store to so many friends already, and we are committed to coming back whenever we need another set.

The attention here was nothing but exceptional, and Kim and Arash made our day

I was here to return a dress that I bought at another store. Not impressed by the costumer service provided. Immediately after asking what assistance I need, they passed me to another store rep after knowing I’m there to return an item. As I was waiting for the rep to help me with my return, she finished helping the customer ahead of me and proceeds to ignore me and walks over to start chatting with her friends/coworkers who were leaving. I didn’t appreciate that at all. It didn’t take more than 2 mins to handle my return. But I had to wait on her for her personal business. The store I went to in Santana Row in San Jose was so much better serviced. Shane at that store went above and beyond to assist me. Makes me not want to shop there until they fix their customer service attitudes.

Had a great experience! Caleb was experience and knowledgeable with helping pick out a more than suitable outfit! He also explain the history of the company and Inform me on how to sign up for coupons in future promotions!
