Today I got my haircut done and that to after a long while , at the new Tommy Guns Highstreet Location. And I can say that it was a 5/5 Guys, the Staff and the Vibe is super nice and Specially my barber GOURAV he was 11/10 broo , he was too good and I could see the professionalism in him. 🫡🤝

I realize this place has just opened, but they have to do better. I've had my hair cut at Tommy Gun's at Willoughbrook mall for years, but this cut was terrible. My son and I both had cuts at the same time and were left wondering if they had ever cut hair before. I went home and fixed my haircut myself.

I had a mixed experience. The front desk staff was excellent and very welcoming, but unfortunately, the barbers didn’t meet my expectations. Because of that, I don’t plan on returning, especially sokka. If it weren’t for the front desk, I wouldn’t be considering it at all. I hope this will be resolved, thank you.
