(Willowbrook) I had gotten my husband a gift card for Christmas since we had heard great things about the experience etc. Unfortunately, today he did not have the most pleasant experience. I told him I would provide a review since I felt so bad I had hoped it was a good experience for him considering it was a gift.
He mentioned that the person that was cutting his hair may have been new and when he had mentioned "clean or original cut" the person said he did not feel comfortable doing it and had to get someone else to finish the cut.
When I asked him out of 10 what he would give, he said 5/6. :(
It's too bad that his first experience at Tommy Guns was a bit of a flop. :(
What could have been done differently? Especially for first time customers to leave a good first impression.
