Did not receive the results for my toddlers blood work for one month. The receptionists and the nurses are incompetent. I don’t understand what I paid the money for, the doctors appointment was less than 10 mins, no schedule for future visits was done needless to mention that the lab tests were never sent to me or emailed or phoned. 2 stars for doctors effort and minus for everything else. When phoned about confusion of the test place, the receptionists were laughing on the phone forgetting to put my phone on hold. Very unethical, to avoid this place.

Dr. Hayashi has been great with my pre-teen, who is now a 15 year old. My daughter trusts her and feels she can talk to her.
