I have both stopped in at their location and phoned them, have spoken with different agents, and have always had a pleasant and helpful experience. My daughter recently bought a car and was attempting to work with a different insurance company. Although that company’s rate was “cheaper”, she was so frustrated with their confusing process that I urged her to try Lake City State Farm. Insuring her new car with them was smooth sailing!

The customer service that David provided was professional, asking questions to personalize the car insurance product that I needed at a price I could afford. He offered information about additional products that were in my best interests and allowed me to make the choice with no "sales" pressure. I felt heard and I know I am receiving the right product at the right price. Thank you State Farm and Toyna Kellum for supporting David to be an ally in taking care of my insurance needs.
