Came in to get a shirt cleaned and pressed. The woman at the counter said it wouldn't be ready for 4 days. We needed it back in 3 days. She simply said, "No." No explanation. No willingness to work with us. One word dismissal. Now, it's been a while since we've taken something to be cleaned. I'm a teacher; my husband works in IT. The kids and computers don't care, ya know? BUT every cleaner I've been to has been able to work quicker than a 4 day turnaround, even if it cost more. Wonder why this one was so unwilling to work with a customer?

I'm Livid, I've been comming here faithful for more than 5 yrs, spent some good money as well. They ruined an exterior of a jacket by requesting the interior to be cleaned. And said did you know this was ripped so we couldn't wash it. Well they did wash it because it no longer smelled bad. So lie number one. Not even a sorry.. Today 5/30 was what really pissed me off. I brought in a white sports jacket and was returned with a huge stain spot at the end of the sleeve. And I asked do I get a discount for that. She said no because we didn't charge you for a spot clean."oxymoron" I knew I didn't bring it in like that. She lied and saied I did. I no longer will be doing business with Top Cleaners. It takes alot to piss me off and lying is not cool!!
