James from Top Heating Services did an outstanding job fixing our faulty AC system. His knowledge and courtesy were exceptional, and he was patient and communicated effectively. He also considered the work that Brody and Dwayne, the previous technicians, had done, and adjusted his strategy to rectify our issue. the crew at top heating services is genuinely first-rate. they provide excellent ac repair and related services! this was the first time james visited our home in Los Angeles, and he was nothing short of polite and professional! i really value that after finishing his repair tasks, he made sure everything was working properly. in the past, i've had issues with another company forgetting to switch the power back on or accidentally leaving other ac unit switches off, which meant the systems didn't work when we needed them. but with james, no such problems occurred. good work, james!

James, Dwayne, Brody, and Nick arrived on time, were tidy, proficient, and showed great respect. I had a sense of ease with them handling the new heater and air conditioning unit installation for Top Heating Services. They took the time to respond to all my inquiries about the HVAC system at the moment, which was in Los Angeles.
