I don’t normally share horrible experiences however I was completely disappointed with this place. I came in asking for some acrylic nails to be taken off and for a gel French tip manicure. Mind you I’ve done this plenty of times and just wanted nice nails for my mom’s wedding. The lady sits me down and a man comes out to do my nails. He completely disagrees with what I want, which I told him that was his opinion but I wanted it. He then preceded to yell at me. I told him maybe I should just go somewhere else and he said “maybe so” so I walk out completely upset and the rest of the workers just sat there. Based off of that experience, I will never recommend this nail salon to anyone and have already told family to never go there. Horrible customer service!!
Side note, I ended up going to Aurora nail salon and getting what I wanted with no fight from any worker and they look great,
DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SHAMED IN FRONT OF THE STORE. Believe the other bad reviews. I went here for a mani-pedi outing with my mother and had a very spotty gel job which became evident the moment I stepped into the sunlight. I call asking if they can fix it, then once I get to the store, the owner shames me in front of the other customers, saying "you must have ADD to have these problems. I have 2 children and don't need to deal with a third, so never come back". I received a $25 refund even though we gave a $25 tip... and was humiliated in front of the store after having already asked ahead of time if they would fix it. When I do my own nails, they're never as splotchy as this.
Absolutely horrible experience all around. I hope more people believe the 1 star reviews because this place is an absolute nightmare.
