We had the pleasure of working with Tim from Top Notch Home Inspections on our first attempt to purchase a townhome in Portland. He and his team did a mold swab, sewer scope, and full home inspection in a very quick and efficient manner. We were completely satisfied with the results as he noted some potential problems, checked every outlet, light switch, fire alarm, piece of siding, you name it they looked at it. Tim was very nice and willing to answer any questions and point out any concerns in person so that we could get the full story on what was going on with the property. They noted some items in the report that we ended up deciding were deal breakers on the home purchase. I’m sure glad we got the full inspection done ahead of time instead of buying what would have resulted in a continual headache. Great Job! I’d use Top Notch again.
