I made an appointment on Saturday with Danielle to see a house they have for rent. I drove all the day from LA to Laguna Niguel. Once I got there the door was locked and there was no lockbox or key. I could not reach Danielle for any assistance and she never reached back out to me. I wasted 3 hours of my day for nothing.

DO NOT use this company for property management. We live next to a slum they manage now. It is a total travesty. They sign the lowest quality tenants and take no pride in the up keep of the property.
We have asked multiple times for them to control the unlawful behavior of the tenants and also attend to the basic upkeep of the property with no success. These guys are true slum lords. Stay away.

I was tenant with top ten real estate management for a year. They did return good portion of my deposit after a year of tenancy, and they were able to respond our needs fairly fast. Only drawback their handyman's schedule is not within regular hours which makes life a bit difficult.
