Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered parts around 8 months ago that I have still yet to receive. At first I was told it was just a small delay, then that they would ship in June, and then August, and now we're almost at the end of September. There has been 0 communication from Tork regarding my order and the only times I've ever heard anything was by reaching out multiple times on Instagram for worthless unapologetic updates that just make me think John is happily holding onto to my money. This business singlehandedly has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I will never, ever do business with them again, and I will instruct all my other car friends to do the same. Stay far away

I have ordered Snorkels, Exhaust and a tune from them and me personally the customer service was amazing. From the lady (cant remember name) at the front desk responding and John responding. Any questions, comments or concerns were answered very timely. I could go on and on but short and simple it is. Definitely a Tork Fan !!! Thank you !!

The term trust your tuner must've been coined here at Tork. John has crafted, provided ind even installed some of the most top notch modifications/parts for my Kia. His dyno proved this! Between his over 25 years in the industry and his robust contact list, my grocery getter has been tuned with the safest data created for this market. My car is more eco friendly, better gas mileage, an insane amount of personalized power to include launch control and an overall more efficiency of the vehicle overall. This put me at the top of the Dragy scoreboards in my model! No, all my friends with same or like models at the top! He has had breakthroughs others cant even wrap their head around. John's mentorship through his customer service even taught me new driving techniques! Trust your tuner, trust his advice, trust his experience, trust John at Tork! This is not a paid ad, just an incredibly satisfied customer.
