The staff are always attentive and welcoming. The store is always clean and organized. I love that the fitting rooms have fans with speed controls for customers. The salespeople make great recommendations and give helpful tips. We always leave satisfied, even if we don't find anything that day.

Will never shop at Torrid again! I’ve never been told verbally I cannot return underwear at time of purchase and giving me a receipt that states that means I’ve already made the purchase you’re saying I cannot return. I’ve spent a lot of money here and I’m also tired of the false advertising of buy 3 and get 2 for free but my receipt has a price being every single item. Why not say, get 5 for the price of 3?! I’m appalled how the girl handled my experience here too, answering the phone while we are talking so I just walked out! I hate being stuck with items that haven’t left my car besides leaving to and from the store!!
