The “high level” associates are always disrespectful to the customers. If you are buying something, they are happy, but if you are returning something, prepare for the rudeness. I bought something without a tag and had scratches. I didn’t mind when I bought it. But when I came back to return it, they told me they won’t return it because it looked like “worn”. If they have told me when I payed for it, that they don’t return items that doesn’t have a tag or has scratches, I wouldn’t buy it. They forced me to either keep it or exchange to something in the store. But I didn’t like anything in the store that day. I asked if I can get a store credit for later use. They refused me very rudely. I never wore it for more than a minute. I feel very offended by being accused for something I never did. If they did a good job taking care of their merchandise and put tags on them, Or reminded the customers when they sale it, something like this could have avoided. Again, good sales people, but horrible managers! They assumed customers as dishonest people. I loved TB, but I will never go to this low quality outlet store again.

Great location, came in for their new years sale, it was 50% off + 20% or 10% original prices. Samantha was my sales associate and she was a gem, incredibly helpful, was very patient despite me asking for different designs and sizes the whole time, lol. Highly recommend and also recommend coming this time of year if you need anything. They had bags as low as $100-150 and espadrilles from $70-$112. Thank you Samantha for your help!
Side note, don’t be intimidated by the line it seemed long when I came in and I was on it for 16 min, it moves fast.

Very bad experience in the Tory Burch outlet at San Francisco premium outlet. First thing, I asked for the new stock for the display bag but the sale assistant said it was the last piece and I saw their store manager take out another few pieces in 10mins later. Second thing, PLEASE recheck your receipt for the price before you left the store. I found out there’s discrepancies on the price for my purchases and it happened to TWO items!!! It is FRAUD and MISLED!!! It has wasted my time and money to resolve this matter through Email/Text/Call. If it is NOT ONLY happen to me, I think it happen to someone else too, predicted somebody also never check again the payment/receipt when they just left the store!! Tory Burch, please review this internally please!!
