The worst store I walked in and wasn't welcome. There were a young sale lady (with glasses) and an old sale lady were talking in the store. When I walked in, they ignored me and did not even greet me. Then they started whispering. I didn't not know what I've done wrong but this is not professional such as Tory Burch.
I'm a Tory Burch fan and regular customer. I think the store should do something to fix this problem as this is not the first I was treated this way! Do they think I'm poor and can't afford their merchandise?

I’m amazed by how similar experience other people have with me. This is definitely the worst Tory Burch store. I bought a pant online and it’s too big, so I took pants here to return. However, the server insisted that the pant is not exchangeable or returnable and refused to help us. I’m shocked because I never buy anything that is not exchangeable or returnable and there’s even a “How to return or exchange” session on the back of my order paper. After all the bad experience, I chose to call online services for help. Surprisingly, she said they definitely that us return or exchange the order. In conclusion, the service in this store is the worst and not professional.
