Called in to check availability on a item, the sales representative was nice to hold it, did not even ask me when I was stopping by.
I showed up, they presented hmthe item and completed the purchase. Friendlyand fast assistance! Totally recommend.

I purchase a handbag from the outlets tore that was supposed to be from the boutique. That's why they were going to shipped. But after a week of no hearing from them I called and found out that my order was cancelled! Supposedly if they don't have the item they have the right to cancel without notifying the customer. Poor customer service. Why would they have boutique it's at an outlet if is not their intention to fulfill their obligation.

Never buying from Tory Burch again… first off the girl who was working the sales floor tonight(sadly I didn’t get her name) was super rude and snotty and kept watching me as if I was gonna steal something and just ruined my experience there(she had short brunette hair) …second the quality was horrible ! $150 for a plastic bracelet… I understand sometimes you pay for the brand and not the actual product but that was dossapounting… never buying from this brand again yikes.
