I’ve been coming here since I moved back to Arcata in 2017. Tosha is an amazing, welcoming space to practice. Suzanne’s yogic philosophy sparkles, and all the classes I’ve taken here have been well instructed.

Tosha Yoga has the most amazing instructors and the studio is beautiful! The owner Suzanne Dunning is a very inspirational instructor.
