I took my explorer in to Total Auto Care to have it checked out,after sitting for couple of yrs.
Also changed oil-filter.
They did exactly as I asked,and was very pleasant personnel.
They were fair and honest with me.

Very good service. The van was in the shop for an exhaust leak. Just before bringing the van for repair, we had a small front end fender bender, so while it was in the shop for the exhaust repair, Alex took extra time to ensure that the radiator did not sustain any damage. He went above and beyond and it was much appreciated.

Highly appreciate and recommend Total Auto Care to those in the surrounding Moses Lake area. I've had my car for 10 years and it took until a few months ago, for me to realize an alignment straightens the steering wheel and tires 100%. This is because Total Auto Care is that accurate with their services. My tires have always worn fast, and the car has always pulled to the right until I brought it to this place. I've learned my lesson and don't want to take my car anywhere else now. Super appreciate all of you at Total Auto Care! Skip going to Les Schwab. Save your money and come see them here instead!
