My husband n I've gone there for years w/great care. After they relocated the clinic, the quality of care and kindness was lost. After 1 same day cancelation, I was unable to schedule there again. They wouldn't accept my payment in person when I needed receipt. I was told to call the billing department. was also they'd no longer see me nor accept my final payment in person. Very disappointed and upsetting. My husband will be leaving from there as well.

Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service received from the office and medical staff. While I was dropping off paperwork and paying for an appointment they had no intention on scheduling, I overheard the front desk making fun of a patient that had just left. They were mocking him and laughing about his situation, very unprofessional.

I have gone to total care for many years. Gabe and his medical assistant are amazing! I am very highly anxious person and they make sure to do what they can to alleviate my anxiety, they never make me feel rushed during appointments and answer all my questions. They are very responsive to emails and phone calls. They are amazing!
