Amazing Service. Lilah and Ava are always so helpful and work hard to put on community events. I would recommend this store for your pet needs.

The rodent smell is coming back; they don't have enough stock of items I frequently buy. But the staff are always friendly, courteous and more than willing to help carry out heavy items.

I was recently in total pet to buy some things for my puppy and there was one larger lady who had curly hair and smelled badly… she had recommended I give my puppy cat food. Which I think is a bit ridiculous. I then went to the front counter and there was two teenage girls who were very knowledgeable about the dog food as well as all of the fish they have in store. I will be back simply because of the two girls, they made my bad experience into a great one, good job girls!
