I found this place through my insurance company Blue Cross Blue shield and scheduled an appointment with a doctor. According to my insurance the company called Top Vision and located in ste 101, so i was thinking its inside the building and by mistake almost went to Ukrainian consulate but a stranger showed me very is this business is. Everything was easy and scheduling an appointment with Charles went extremely nice and fast. My doctor Mr. Penza was a high level professional and he handled my eye-bad-situation very serious and confident. I left in a good mood and looking forward to pay a following up visit to see how eye is healing up.

Have gone here every year since 2015 and my insurance info has not changed. The staff are always pleasant. In the past they have also validated parking for the lot across the street. However during my last visit (Dec 2023) I found out they are no longer in-network for VSP and they did not notify me until after my exams and presented me with a giant out of network bill.
