My husband and I were running errands and stopped in to buy some alcohol. I made sure to not touch the alcohol as I did not bring my purse. I just came in with him. I was asked to present my ID and I said I didn’t have it. I wasn’t buying anything. I was accommodating and showed a photo and we were denied. The manager was rude and said signs were posted requiring every customer to present their ID. No such sign was posted.

Come here for any alcohol because they basically have all of them. I came to this Northridge location to look for the 375ml Teremana bottle for my surprise gift. I love that their website will tell you where the item is so it should save people some time searching. I still couldn't find it so I had to ask for help and the worker was so helpful finding it for me. I was surprise they didn't keep the bottles all together because I found the bigger bottle of Teremana but I wanted the little one. The parking here is great because it's in a big plaza and I wore my mask inside. I didn't see any sign at the door but I wore my mask regardless.

To anyone who cares about the treatment of others this store has racially profiled me I was fallowed about discreetly of course I was asked can I help you about 3 or 4 times which is code words for I'm watching you black person, then to top it off I express my self to the manager about the situation he said "we just want to make sure our customers are better served I couldn't help but laugh because there were about 20 people walking about and no one not even " the man who just wants to make sure his customers are better served, extended his courtesy, yes this store has black people working there but there still in forcing a racist opinion, the shrouding stores should be a shamed to be next to this Total wine, the best buy , the five below 24hr fitness they all should feel ashamed of this place
