I’ve been to this store multiple times and I've had similar experiences where I feel like I’m being followed the moment I walk in simply for looking young. I’m 27 and the minute I walk in, staff are asking me what I need help finding. There’s no way I look confused since I have barely take a few steps in and I know exactly where I’m going.
Today, I went in to get a pickup order and the manager as soon as I walked in called out “what do you need help finding miss”. I was heading straight to the order pickup sign and didn’t realize he was talking to me, so he yelled after me “excuse me, excuse me miss”. I told him I was here for a pickup order which he then grabbed the order for me. I turned to leave and accidentally was heading towards the entrance-only door so he then yelled out again, “excuse me miss, excuse me the exit is on the other side”. There’s no need to assume every young-looking person is underaged. You check ID at the cash register either way and if I need help I’ll find someone and let you know.
