Great service and fantastic captain (Doug). I appreciate that he didn’t immediately jump to towing and helped us trouble shoot for 30 minutes trying to get us back underway. Felt safe in his ability to get us to a repair shop. Hopefully never see him again, but if we have to tow, I know who I’m calling.

Super friendly, personable and professional. Had a decently long wait for a tow after an outdrive failure. (Wait is to be expected on a 90° Sunday on lake Washington) very consistent communication with updated etas, actually beat his given ETA. Took care to not damage the boat and Got us towed into to the and helped drop right onto the trailer. While I hope to never use again, they’ll be the ones I call if I need it!

Captain KC was promt, courteous, and professinal. TOW BOAT SEATTLE made our frustrating situation very easy. We will not use any other boat tow company.
