Avoid this tow company there are more out there better then this one.. this company gets there money by scamming working hard people. Got my car tow saying it’s a fire lane ? Really your tow driver can’t see ?? I had to pay $335 just to get my car back ... keep in mind I always park there between 8p-4a . Every day
During the day I don’t park there because of the trash being there.. but they decided to tow my car at 2:35 a . I been living here 7+ years .

This company towed a tenants car from my complex for being "in a fire lane and blocking a garage". Both statements are incorrect. No fire lane and the car was across tenants garage. Was charged $480 and when confronted with California laws regarding towing, the rude clerk said that they were professionals and if you didn't like it, to sue them. If you are a corporation or individual looking for a tow service, you should DEFINITELY NOT use this company.

The people or owner’s as many said on their REVIEWS “Are Rude & unprofessional “ !!!!! They tell you to pay through a phone app, give different names. They also come hauling in cars they just towed at high rate of speed into their lot. I suggest people inspect their cars when they get them back. Had to call cops & they also stated “they were getting many complaints about this company & suggest to report them to BBB”Jose or Chema as he called himself & his young staff DEFINITELY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED! !!! Ripping off people for sure.
