Used to be one of the best laundromats until a homeless person smoked fentanyl in the actual lobby near me. Also a machine ate my quarters and the manager acted like I was lying 🤥 which was super rude. Won't be back again, there's tons of other laundromats in Tri-Cities.

I have been washing my clothes here the past couple years and I'm always happy to come. There is always someone there to help. It is clean and the staff are very thoughtful. Tonight I did not mean to stay past their time but I got sidetracked and half my clothes were still damp when they closed. I was offered friendliness and support, they told me to take my time and to not worry. I was helped with my laundry and offered dryer sheets, and they held the door open for me when I carried my laundry out. I was surprised by the courtesy, it really meant a lot that nobody was upset with me..... thank you so much.
