There are homeless people bathing in the fountain, sleeping on the seating, & I actually saw someone injecting drugs right there for my son & the WHOLE WORLD TO SEE!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING

One of the much needed free and disappearing places in many cities where people can get together for events. This is the only place in the city set aside for that.
