Fantastic experience from sales to permitting to construction. There is a real sense of teamwork between the different departments. Also, the communication from the staff was outstanding. Several unexpected permitting challenges cropped up. They helped me with recommendations for people to work through environmental issues and site prep. The construction is EXACTLY as it was sold as was the price. Excellent quality framing and concrete work. We are very happy with our garage/shop and can’t recommend them enough.
