Kinsey and Steve are Awesome!!! Great customer service and Towne storage doesn’t entice you with cheap move in rates and then Jack the price up after a month or too like other storage unit companies.Great place to do business with.

Called to ask some questions on a Saturday, man who answered was very rude. Was recommended from someone else to call them, me not realizing it was the same place I had already called. When I called, man was again very rude about the questions that I had because I had already called. Tried to laugh and explain myself and then got an “ok I already told you no, bye.” will not be renting anything from this location. Terrible over the phone customer service.
