Racist Asian guys, but the female workers are nicer. Great prices on some itwmpems . Customer service need a lot of improvements. Sad how most customers are black and they are still racist towards African Americans

They have tons of makeup eyeliner Foundation mascara powder lip liners eyeshadow their false eyelashes Ardell glue everything and it's pretty good prices the wigs they have tons of pretty wigs human hair half synthetic half-human they have great ponytail wigs that's what I like and the owner I believe he will even put a clip in the ponytail wig for you for an extra dollar that is so cool I like that super easy to put on I love it you got to come check it out

They are soooo rude! Terrible customer service, make you feel like crap if you can't afford their top of the line extensions. Not everyone can pay $300 for the best quality! but they should still treat a customer decently if they are spending around$50. Both the owner and the female worker give you nasty attitude if you just ask to see a few pieces that are inconveniently placed hanging from the ceiling. Shop anywhere else unless you're desperate like I was. I'll never be back! There's another hair supply shop in Pomona, and a place in Pasadena called Two Boys which treat their customers beautifully. I called and described what I was looking for and when I got there he had it waiting for me and didn't complain if I asked any questions. Much more worth it ladies. Don't give money to a comapany like Towne Wig and Beauty until they start treating their customers like a decent human being would!
