Had a really bad experience here on 9/12/24 I have a video of a worker yelling at us but for some reason it will not let me post it, so here are some pictures of his arm tattoo. We were so lost, couldn’t find our seats on the floor area because the place was dark and the employee yelled at us “get back to your seats! now!” shoving his fist in my face as he pointed to the back, we weren’t even in any seats to begin with because we couldn’t find them, literally had just stepped foot on the floor area. We were on the side of all the chairs looking for our seats, he didn’t offer to help us look for our seats and didn’t even ask to show him our tickets. For all him and I knew we were already in the correct section. The employee inflicted fear on my mom who was in tears because of him, we went all the way to the back. Very rude staff. We paid hundreds and waited months but the employee ruined the experience for us. One guy told us “your seats are back there” and pointed to a crowd full of people like yea thanks?

We went to the Jeff Dunham show and sitting in the side I was grateful for the big screen so we could see Him and His characters. The show was good.

Been here a couple of times for the live shows that they host. Great facility, easy parking, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The seating can be a little confusing if visiting for your first time, but anybody working there will happily point you in the right direction. Also, depending on the turnout for the show, they may offer free upgrades to floor seating to fill out a section, which is always awesome. I've never been too interested in hockey, but this place makes me want to start so I can watch games here as well!
