I highly recommend Toyota of Lake City. I recently bought a new-to-me (used) car. Shivam was great to work with, patiently taking me for test drives and giving me time to think through purchasing. After deciding on a car I liked, I worked with Shay on the financing. He’s very honest and straightforward—and strongly recommended getting the extended warranty, which I wasn’t really convinced I needed. I’m so glad he insisted and I listened! Just a couple of months later, I needed to have work done that was over $4000.00. The warranty covered it all! I’m so thankful I bought my car at this dealership. They have been nothing but easy and trustworthy to work with and really care about their customers.

Toyota Lake City service is a rock solid repair shop. In particular, I've been working with Greg D as my go to service advisor and he is down right awesome. He's been going above and beyond to help me keep my GR Corolla happy and healthy. The mechanics also ensure that my car is well taken care of, and I'm immensely appreciative of their efforts. We've also been taking our Prius here for service and only have had positive experiences. The shuttle service is also super convenient for picking up and dropping off the car without bugging a buddy or SO for rides. I'd recommend them to anyone who owns a Toyota in a heartbeat.

Go to a different dealership. To begin, they will not give you any numbers over the phone. They want you to come in person for any sort of discounted price. I was in the area so I decided to give them a chance. The man named Eric, knew what my price point was and he knew that was the number I was looking to get close to. Not only did he not even try to get down to that number but he also comes back with a low offer for my trade in and adds on additional fees that I don’t care for. It was a huge waste of my time. It all felt like a scam and the whole interaction was very awkward since the beginning. I had a much better experience with all other dealerships that were willing to meet me half way.
