I initially came to get my car serviced for a flat tire. The tire could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. I have insurance and the dealership went through my insurance to cover the tire. Nobody reached out to update me (after initially telling me they would reach out the following day from my initial appointment). The only way to get answers and ensure they were actively working with my insurance was to show up to the service department and continue to remind them in person. This process took 5 days, of which I had scheduled appointments for all visits and it still took between 60 to 90 minutes to be seen/updated.
The service center was nice enough and obviously understaffed. That would be my final conclusion; however, my check engine light came on 3 days after having my tire was replaced. I made an appointment for first thing the next morning. The service center was quick to schedule me once they were informed I had been in for work a few days prior.
CONCLUSION: They put the wrong size tire on my car! They also took 5 HOURS to replace it with the correct size tire even with my appointment. They owned up to their mistake and covered the cost of my new tire and alignment.
I would not recommend this location unless you also know a good mechanic in the area to fix your car after you leave!
