Won't return parts even if it's unopened with no explanation.

Is the parts counter closed during lunch? Waited about 8 minutes for someone to show up. People went in the door, but noone ever came out. Have ordered parts from here before and had no problems. Super friendly guys in parts. But no one here today. (8-8-24 ... Thursday 1:15pm ish) ... Update: It's now 1:30pm and I just sat in the parking lot and ordered the $1400 part from another Toyota dealership. Not sure why this store doesn't have an online parts order option on the website.
