Be VERY careful here. They’ll upsell repairs to the extreme. Especially if you’re a woman. If your repair bill seems high, get a second opinion. Getting pictures is helpful too, but they won’t offer that. You’ll need to ask several times. If you’ve got money to burn, come here- they’ll be happy to take it!!!

Our whole car buying experience was a good one thanks to Toyota of Pasadena. We drove from Thousand Oaks because they were one of the dealerships that had the car we wanted and the salesman (Koko) was not pushy. He was very polite and understood that we don’t like games. The sticker price on the car did not have a lot of dealer add ons to up their profit margin. There was no game playing where the salesman goes in back to talk to his manager and you are left waiting and waiting. Paul, the manager comes out and speaks to the customers directly. We really liked that. The negotiations were fair and we are very happy with our purchase. We highly recommend Toyota of Pasadena and Koko.
