Walk ins available. They are very easy and straightforward to work with. I was given a pretty accurate estimate of the cost and the eta for my car servicing. I needed to drop off my car overnight drop and their on-premise loaner vehicle facility made it very convenient for me.

I’ve only owned a Lexus and I recently purchased a commuter from Toyota. When I went to Toyota of Renton, I felt iffy. There was a huge line of people and cars it was chaotic. Surprisingly, the service was fast and efficient. Employee named Christian greeted me, told me how long it was going to be, and that the service was complimentary. My car was ready on time. All of the employees were very friendly and I have to admit I’m impressed. I will be back :)
