My toddler saw a mermaid doll and wanted to hold it. I got it down for her and she held it. Then the worker came over (older lady) and very snottily told her to put it away because of the netting in the hair (which my toddler did not even touch). She cried when she had to put it away so suddenly. Was NOT going to buy the mermaid to support that shop the rude lady worked at or anything there for that matter. I had a very sad toddler for a long time. Went to another store and bought an even better mermaid for much cheaper. With workers that are actually child friendly at a TOY store. Will never come here again. Do better. UPDATE: to response The mermaid was a STUFFED doll and my toddler is 3 years old. Please tell me how she could be unduly rough with a stuffed animal when she literally was holding it for a couple of minutes. Your employee response was just ridiculous. I'm letting it go but won't be back for sure.
