This company used to be good pre-COVID but now they are a complete rip off. They came to our home and charged my wife $700 for 4 lbs of refrigerant (410A), plus $90 to diagnose a micro leak that wasn't fixed. I called around to see what other shops in the area charge it they were all between 40-$70/lb for material and labor so basically $160-$280. I feel like they took advantage of my wife and her situation. I would not recommend anyone use this company.

Tech was on time however spent only 5 mins and told me I needed an entire new housing and blower motor for my AC System and that an estimated price would be $1,500 - $2,000 for the repair. I was also told I would be sent an official quotation, which I still have not received. I hired another AC Repair Company, and they came out today and noticed a screw had fallen from my housing, which is why my unit was making the noise. They removed the blower motor unit and properly installed the screw back on the housing all for $100. Now my AC works just as it did before, except for the loud noise previously. Why would I pay $2,000 if my unit is still working correctly!? Very shady business practices in my opinion!

Thank you for taking my call and answering all my questions. I had questions about approximate costs for replacement of the furnace and she took the time to explain everything to me and even made additional phone calls to make sure I had the info I needed. We will absolutely use your company when the time comes.
