Dr. Duong was a pleasure to meet, and I feel fortunate to have him as my healthcare provider. He did not make me feel rushed even when I asked him a question not pertaining to my referral. He was thorough and took his time explaining my condition. The whole team was very friendly, caring, and efficient.

Dr. Duong listens to what you have to say. He takes the time to explain your hearing, options, and expectations. He makes sure you understand your situation and have all your questions answered. I 100% trust Dr. Duong and his team to take care of my ears and hearing. My experience has literally been life changing.

I have had a number of procedures under the excellent care of Dr. Duong and highly recommend him. I’ve had cholesteatoma surgery (successful!!), Eustachian tube surgery (successful!!) and a number of tubes in my ears. His care and attention to detail is exceptional! Also, his staff at the Bellevue office is so wake and friendly and the surgery team at the Issaquah Surgery Center is excellent as well. Any patient will be in good hands.
