I was there for the first time today to give my dog a bath. Every single employee there was so friendly. The dog bath area was clean and well stocked. I even stayed and did some shopping for Christmas gifts. I will definitely go back to this store.

Used to love coming here because I could always count on them having what I need. Now it is in stock, but they take forever to unload it from the back, leaving the website to allow you to order for curbside p/u and being told the item won’t be available for several days. If it wasn’t for that? Decent deals, good discounts, friendly workers that recognize the regulars and are incredibly helpful and cheerful (the majority of them with a select few not being the best) and a location that is easy to get to from town. If you guys could fix the problem with stocking, you would have a lot happier customers! Have heard several other people comment on it while I have been shopping as well, so it isn’t just a problem impacting one or two customers!
