We had a great experience with Tracy and her team. I'm a first time home buyer and had absolutely no idea about the process. From the initial get to know you phone call to close, Tracy was warm and informative, answered every question I had. Her team sent clear emails with next steps and updates throughout, making it as easy as possible for me to get things done. Could not recommend them enough!

Tracy and her team were outstanding in assisting us with purchasing our 1st home. She made sure we met all of our deadlines and quickly responded back to any of our questions. We ended up closing right around the day we expected to close. They were also super nice and respectful which is always a plus when buying a home. Exceptional company. Tracy and her team were easy to work with. They went above and beyond for me dealing with the Lender. I have great credit but I had changed jobs during the process. Great on communication. Turned things around quickly. Very transparent. I highly recommend working with American Pacific Mortgage and ask for Tracy. She will take care of you from start to finish.
