The locksmith that came out named Russell, was great!! Rare car to lose a key, but they finally made it happen after 3 days!! $280!!!!! ....KEY fob for another car, (the actual locksmith), at the shop, couldn't replace a battery, he didn't know how!!!? Nice people though. Oct 12th 2022, update, got battery for key fob n it installed, cost less then $25!

Made an appointment to have them come out and have keys made around 2-3pm. They didn’t arrive to that time period so I called and another person said they would be here for sure by 4. Person didn’t show up so they had no other option but to schedule me the next day.
Poor service and judgement.

I got my honda civic key fob wet, i called the honda dealership who did not have any in stock and was on back order, they recommended tracy lock and safe and my goodness they deserve more than 5 stars! They fortunately had my key fob i needed in the store! Dan and Jesse took care of me immediately, same day everything, but what surprised me was just how nice and just stellar customer service they were so kind and understanding to my situation everything was taken care of so professionally and so throughly i didnt mind the price they got me out of weeks of waiting and inconvience thank you guys!
