Tracy was fantastic to work with on a refinance. I had so many questions and Tracy answered each one in a way that I could understand the process and the options that were available. I needed this to happen quickly and Tracy did that for me. The process was so easy and quick that I can hardly believe that my new loan is in place!

We were new to the west coast and Tracy was recommended to us. Little that we knew California real estate market is nothing like new york. Tracy helped us through the process every step of the way. She was very responsive and we never had to wait to get a response from her. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer generic questions and run the numbers immediately. There were no surprises in the process. She was also constantly following up with other parties to make sure there are no delays. My coworker is closing on a house a 4 days later than I and my interest rate is much better than hers.

I feel we were extremely lucky to get in contact with Tracy. For the past 2-3 years, during this crazy market, she has helped us in every way. If I had a question, she would respond quickly. Even if we were not ready to buy, she helped us see what we could afford. She helped us find the best loan and fought hard to get us the best rates!
