Worst experience in a hair studio. I was 10min late to my appointment and the hairstylist was already cutting someone else’s hair. My appointment was canceled and was asked to come back in 6 hours or next day.
It was my mistake not be punctual at first, but still frustrating to get this kind of customer service upon arrival as it did take me ~an hour + $100 Uber round trip for nothing. Would be nice to communicate these rules more transparent up front.
Worth to mention - the rating was purely on the experience, but not the haircut skillset. This was my second time here, and I was satisfied the first time as the stylist is good at her job.
During my time in the area, Tracy was my favorite hair cutter. Her haircuts were reliably excellent. I always felt like a god every time I left her building.
She also went out of her way to be accommodating to me. She was also very kind and clearly has respect for all of her customers.
