Always a busy place, reasonably priced. The staff are always polite, friendly, and helpful. I've always loved Trader Joe's and it was nice seeing one in Grossmont. Now they just need to put one in Rancho San Diego.

This is a very nice Trader Joe’s. The selection is good and it’s not that crowded. The staff is friendly as usual and the space looks larger than it does from the outside. Always a great place for a variety of items skirt or from all over the country in the world. Parking is easy and registers seemingly are always open. I would recommend shopping here.

Love love this store! Even at today's prices I walked out of there with a grocery bag full of food for under $25. You still amaze me I could get so much for such a reasonable price. During the grocery strikes back on the '90s I got in the habit of coming here, 99 cent only store, Vine ripe and sprouts for all my grocery shopping and I never really went back to grocery stores unless it was something I couldn't find anywhere else. One thing I have noticed about Trader Joe's in every state I've gone to one and that is they have the nicest most helpful employees. They never seem to hesitate to help someone if they're asked, even if they are in the middle of stocking or straightening. I've been to Trader Joe's in California, Arizona, Indiana, Michigan and Texas and they are all the same. Whatever criteria they use to hire employees I hope they keep using it! I also love the products in here. I find a wide variety of unique items that you won't find in most stores. I love when they give out the samples. Even just buying basics like cottage cheese and sour cream, the items are way less in price than most of the other stores, but the quality is always there.
