We had the good fortune of dealing with an outstanding salesperson, T.C. Kasikci while shopping for a new dishwasher at Trail Appliances in Coquitlam. TC was extremely helpful, very well versed with all the different options/models and the various features in each. While offering expert advice, he never came across as "pushy" to close a sale: something that I am sure every customer appreciates. He was very knowledgeable about the products we were comparing. In the end, we chose a Miele that met our needs. The delivery, installation, and recycling of the old appliance was prompt, smooth and courteous. We highly recommend Trail Appliances in general, and TC Kasikci in particular for his outstanding customer service.

Had a quick and easy purchasing process with Trail. They had the dryer we chose in stock and delivery was arranged for 4 days after purchase. Delivery and removal of old dryer was efficient and well communicated. I would definitely recommend Trail Appliances

Charlie is the person to ask for at Coquitlam Trail Appliances! He was so patient with my questions about a new dishwasher and hood range. I felt like was being heard and he was so thorough with explaining each appliance, plus provided comparisons. Super sincere and genuine...the real deal in salesmanship! Will definitely go back for my refrigerator. Thank You and grateful for your knowledge Charlie, they run like a dream.
