I filled out an online contact form for Trailers Inn. I wanted to know about the monthly rate. When the call back came in, the caller was overly rude. She said “There are two things that have to happen first. Your RV cannot be older than 2010. Second, we require a meet and greet with all those who will be staying before we approve” As she was speaking it occurred to me that a meet & greet would be difficult since I am in Arizona; on my way north, and my sister who would also be staying, lives on the Big Island of Hawaii. The Woman then proceeded to say, I see you have a pet. (My pet is a shihtzu), We require a 50.00 pet deposit, which was reasonable, and she mumbled incoherent about another pet fee. I asked her what she had said. She replied “And a 15.00 pet maintenance, per month, fee”. When I asked her what she meant by a maintenance fee, She said “to pick up your dogs poop!” I told her I pick up my own dogs poop. Then, she said “This seems to be the wrong place for you” & hung up on me.
Truthfully, She was rude, but she was correct. It was the wrong place for my sister and I because we do not do business with rude people, and neither should you!
We found a higher class place on a golf course in Deer Park.
